A hammered copper portrait weathering into green-blue patina.
A sheet of copper, hammered and chased, then left outdoors for years. Your cat's light fur is polished copper catching the light, the dark markings are oxidised brown-black, and in the shadows a powdery green-blue patina blooms. Hammer marks and chased lines follow the flow of the fur; eyes, nose and mouth are chased metal shapes with the eyes in their true colour. Dignified, still and of a colour no paint can make.
