Questions about giving
One sharp photo at eye level will do — quietly borrowed from the family chat is fine too. If you doubt the quality, do send it in: we review every submission beforehand and would rather ask for another photo than make a mediocre portrait.
Within five working days of your approval the portrait is delivered. Order a week ahead and it is ready in good time.
You see the portrait yourself before you order, and after that our satisfaction guarantee applies: not happy within 14 days means a reprint or a refund.
Yes. At checkout you choose the delivery address — yours to hand over in person, or the recipient’s.
