Wash

An airy watercolour in which a few washes let the portrait breathe.

An airy, loose watercolour in which a few transparent washes describe your pet’s head. Wet-on-wet gradients, soft pigment blooms and dry-brush edges dissolve into the white paper, so the portrait stays light and open. The eyes, nose and key markings remain just clear enough to recognise the animal at once, yet everything breathes watercolour: delicate, fluid and dreamlike. Painting without weight — modern, refined and full of air.
